Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue related to text objects and dimensions not aligning when imported to DGN.
- Addressed a bug related to thesetting in the User.xml file, which caused tool dialog boxes not to display in OpenRoads SignCAD after transitioning between different working environments.
- Resolved a bug related to the import of DGN files into OpenRoads SignCAD 2023, where an outside arc for the U-turn arrow in a DGN file is displayed as a circle.

- Updated the Michigan standard to use the Series 2000 (2K) fonts as well as the route markers.

- Added functionality to export signs to EPS with Contour Cut support.
- Reintroduced the Registration Mark tool from legacy versions of SignCAD.
- Introduced "0" as a Dimension Settings> Decimal Places when importing signs to a DGN.
- Enabled the ability to scale DGN or SGN files upon import to OpenRoads SignCAD.
